I am unable to send or recieve email as well as a linked problem.The server seems not to recognize my name and password.you need to manually go in to microsoft outlook and recheck the information it has in there. Not the setup screen. You have to edit your pop3 to HTTP and then whatever email provider you use ex: www.yahoo.com and enter it in just like that. Then update your password and such and voila your in. I have this problem all the time. Everytime you change your password, you have to update outlook manually. I do not suggest using outlook for more than one email address. Just pick one and use it. Thanks let me know if this helped.
